Project Brief:- The project aims to prepare a comprehensive redevelopment plan for the underutilized area of Jawahar Balabhavan in Vellayambalam Trivandrum, aiming to transform it into a vibrant community space.
Status:- DPR preparation in progress.
2.SPACE UNDER FLYOVERS-Chacka - Enchackal Stretch
Project Brief:-The project aims to enhance the visual appealand functionality of the medians undser the Flyover area.By incorporating sustainable landscaping,aesthetic design elements,and native plant species,the project will create a more welcoming and attractive envionment for both drivers and pedestrians.

3.AIRPORT CORRIDOR BEAUTIFICATION-Chacka - Enchackal Stretch
Project Brief:-The project aims to enhance the aesthetic ,functional,and environmental quality of the key routes leading to and from the airport,and shangumukham beach.By transforming the corridors with attractive landscaping,public art,and sustainable design elements,this project seeks to create a welcoming atmosphere for travelers,enhance the imageability,and contribute to the overall livability and sustainability of the surrounding area.
